1. General

These Terms govern the ordering, purchase, delivery, and return of nightwear products from Ishqology. Ishqology reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • You can place orders via the website, WhatsApp, or phone.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) is available across all cities in Pakistan.
  • Online payment options are also available at checkout.
  • Once an order is confirmed and processed, cancellation may not be possible.
  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Delivery

  • Standard delivery time is 2–4 working days for major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad).
  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Free delivery may apply on orders above a certain amount.
  • We use reliable courier partners for nighty delivery Pakistan.
  • If you miss a delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or you can contact support to reschedule.

4. Returns & Exchanges (Return Nighty Pakistan)

  • Returns are accepted within 7–14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Size exchange is allowed if the requested size is available.
  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Return shipping charges may apply unless the product is faulty.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned nighty.
  • For COD orders, refund will be made via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
  • We do not offer refunds on used, washed, or altered items.

6. Product Information

  • All nighties are made from premium original fabrics (cotton, satin, silk blends).
  • Colors and sizes shown on the website are as accurate as possible, but slight variations may occur.
  • Plus size nighty options are available in selected styles.

7. Wholesale / Bulk Orders

We offer wholesale nightwear discounts for retailers and bulk buyers. Minimum order quantity applies. Contact our WhatsApp support for wholesale rates.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ishqology is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased product.
