Delivery Time

• Lahore: 1–3 working days
• Karachi & Islamabad: 2–4 working days
• Other Cities: 3–6 working days

Shipping Charges

Note: Nighty delivery Pakistan is handled through reliable courier partners. Tracking number is sent via SMS and email once your order is shipped.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

What Can Be Returned?

• Wrong size ordered
• Size exchange (if new size is available)
• Damaged or defective nighty
• Incorrect item received

What Cannot Be Returned?

• Used or worn nighties
• Washed or altered items
• Items without original tags
• Sale / Clearance items (unless damaged)

Return Process

1. Contact us on WhatsApp with your Order ID and reason for return.
2. Send clear photos if the nighty is damaged or incorrect.
3. Pack the item safely with all tags attached.
4. Ship it back using any courier (customer pays return shipping unless item is faulty).
5. Once received and inspected, we process refund or exchange.

💰 Refund Process

• Refund is processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned nighty.
• For COD orders: Refund via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
• For damaged/incorrect items: Full refund including original shipping charges.

📌 Important Notes

• Please check your nighty carefully upon delivery before accepting it.
• For COD nighty orders, you can open and check the product in front of the rider.
• Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the product is faulty.
• We do not accept returns sent without prior approval from our support team.
