Ishqology – Return Nighty Pakistan & Refund Process

1. Eligibility for Refund

• Refund requests are accepted only if the nighty is returned within 7 to 14 days of delivery.
• The product must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Refund is not applicable on used, altered, or washed nighties.
• Special/custom orders and sale items may have different refund rules.

2. Refund Process for COD Orders

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) nighty orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
• Refund is processed within 5 to 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Product

• If your nighty arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
• We will arrange a free replacement or full refund (including shipping charges) at no extra cost to you.

4. Return Shipping Charges

• Customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is damaged or sent incorrectly by us.
• We recommend using a trackable courier service when returning your nighty.

5. How to Initiate a Refund

1. Contact our WhatsApp Support with your Order Number and reason for return.
2. Send clear photos of the nighty (if damaged or incorrect).
3. Pack the item properly with all tags attached.
4. Ship it back to the address provided by our team.
5. Once we receive and inspect the product, refund will be processed.

6. Non-Refundable Items

• Used or worn nighties
• Items without original tags and packaging
• Hygiene-sensitive items (if opened)
• Custom or personalized orders
